Elizabeth Howard, MSPH, PhD
RP 2 Epidemiologist
Elizabeth Howard, MSPH, PhD, is an epidemiologist for OXIHER. She received her PhD in Epidemiology from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine with training and research experience in maternal and child health and infectious disease. Prior to her current role, she served as an epidemiology consultant for public health institutes and academia for several years. Presently, she designs and implements epidemiologic studies to evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs and other healthcare interventions. Her work provides technical content expertise in study conceptualization, planning, execution, preparation, and presentation of results for investigator-initiated and federally-sponsored studies that align with our departmental goals for improving health equity and health status in Louisiana communities and beyond.
