Portia Williams, RN BSN IBCLC, RLC, a Maternal Child Health Quality Improvement Advocate, RN, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and PreEclampsia survivor, with 21 years of Maternal Child experience located in New Orleans, La. Portia currently serves as NOLA Baby Café Lead Facilitator & Regional Coordinator for Baby Cafe USA. My personal experience as a NICU & PreEclampsia survivor fuels her passion for supporting families. She is a proud graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
