Christina Wurster, MBA

Christina Wurster, MBA, is the current CEO at Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Christina has also served as an Associate Adjunct Professor at University of Maryland University College from June 2010 to June 2015. There, they taught undergraduate courses in Nonprofit Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Healthcare Management, Sales Management, and Healthcare Marketing. Prior to that, they were the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Heart Rhythm Society from February 2009 to February 2021, where they oversaw Strategic Planning, Strategic Partnerships and Global Relations, Corporate Relations, Development and Fundraising, Digital Health Initiatives, Membership, Publications – Journals (4 total) and Science and Clinical Documents, and Project Management. Christina has also been a member and volunteer for American Society of Association Executives from January 2009 to December 2015. Christina started their career as a Strategic Marketing Manager at Mass General Hospital from October 2007 to February 2009, and before that, they were a Pharma Sales Representative at GlaxoSmithKline from February 2006 to October 2007.
